These terms apply to your use of vibedgc.com and its downloads and documentation. The site is operated by Mohit Kalra, who publishes DGC as an OpenPeach project; “DGC”, “we”, and “us” below refer to that project and its operator. By using the site, you agree to these terms. The DGC software is separately governed by the license included with the source and release archive.

DGC is source-available under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0, copyright 2026 Mohit Kalra. The license permits qualifying noncommercial use, modification, and distribution subject to its terms. Commercial use—including selling DGC, offering it as a paid hosted service, or white-labeling it—requires a separate written license.

The repository’s LICENSE file is the controlling software license. Any plain-language summary on this site is informational and does not amend or replace it. This website does not accept commercial-use requests and no website interaction grants commercial-use rights.

DGC can read files, modify a workspace, make network requests, and run commands when its active permissions allow. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate permission mode, reviewing approvals and diffs, protecting credentials, maintaining backups, and confirming generated changes before using them in production or another sensitive environment.

auto mode deliberately approves model-requested actions. Use it only in a trusted workspace and with a model and provider you trust. OS sandboxing is defense in depth, not a guarantee that generated code or commands are correct or safe.

You are also responsible for the models, APIs, subscriptions, MCP servers, search providers, language servers, repositories, and other services you connect to DGC. Their separate terms, acceptable-use rules, data practices, and fees may apply.

You may use the site for lawful evaluation, installation, documentation, security reporting, and contribution. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit malware, impersonate another person, or use the site for spam or unlawful content. The website does not accept commercial-use requests, contact enquiries, or email subscriptions.

The site, documentation, benchmarks, downloads, and software may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable. Versioned release notes and checksums are provided to help you identify what you installed. Benchmark results describe the disclosed model, task set, settings, and scoring protocol; they are not a promise of performance on your code.

Third-party names and links are provided for compatibility, attribution, or convenience. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

To the extent allowed by law, the site and software are provided as is, without warranties or conditions. To the extent allowed by law, Mohit Kalra, as operator of the DGC project, will not be liable for damages arising from use of the site, the software, generated changes, connected services, or inability to use them. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy notice. Security vulnerabilities should be reported through GitHub private vulnerability reporting, not a public issue.

These terms may be updated as DGC and its licensing terms evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
